About InsightPublicSpecialists in academic publishing infrastructure.
We exist because most journals get rejected not because of weak research — but because of wrong metadata, missing policies, and incorrect submissions.
Built around one field, not ten.
InsightPublic was founded to fill a specific gap in academic publishing services. Journal editors are experts in their disciplines. They are not experts in CrossRef metadata schemas, ISSN centre requirements, DOAJ eligibility criteria, or HEC compliance documentation.
We handle that layer.
Our work sits at the intersection of research and the infrastructure that makes research findable — identifiers, databases, indexing standards, and the compliance requirements that govern them.
We do not promise outcomes that databases control. We promise that when your journal reaches a reviewer, nothing about the application gives them a reason to say no.
“Most rejections happen because of documentation gaps, not content quality.”
That single insight shapes everything we do — we close the gaps other consultants overlook, before a reviewer ever sees the file.
How we are different.
Honest assessments
We tell you what is achievable before you engage us. If your journal is not ready for Scopus, we say so and tell you what needs to change.
Fixed scope, no retainers
Every engagement has a defined scope and a fixed price. You are never billed for work we have not done.
Regional knowledge
Deep familiarity with HEC requirements, the Pakistani journal landscape, and publishing across South Asia and the Middle East.
Knowledge transfer
We document everything and train your team, so your editorial staff can maintain compliance independently.
Structured. Transparent. Fixed in scope.
Every engagement starts with a written assessment of where your journal stands. From there, we propose specific work with a defined timeline and fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve the scope in writing.
We handle preparation, submission, and follow-through. When databases request clarification, we respond. When applications are rejected, we tell you why and what would need to change before reapplying.
